Rules for carrying luggage
A passenger may take one large luggage and one hand luggage, provided that these are not items specified in § 7 para. 3 of the regulations for using our company's transport services. Excess baggage may be charged an additional fee.
The following are excluded from transport:
- Large-size items (we do not take washing machines, refrigerators, televisions - we do not support removals)
- Items that may threaten the safety of transport, create the possibility of causing damage to other passengers or the Carrier and expose other passengers to inconvenience,
- Items whose carriage is not permitted under separate regulations.
The carrier has the right to refuse to take unauthorized luggage or baggage of unusual dimensions, properties or weight.
In case of justified suspicion, the carrier may check whether the content of the luggage does not violate the regulations.
Luggage should be picked up by the Passenger immediately after reaching the destination stop.
